Quick Answers Before You Book

Do I need to come with my hair a certain way?

Yes! Please arrive with your hair down, dry, detangled, and free of any products (no leave-ins, oils, or gels). This helps me see your natural curl pattern and ensures your service starts off right.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my appointment?

For your first appointment, yes. I charge a small deposit on our first appointment, which you'll see in the booking link. The remaining balance is due at your appointment time. If you're an extensions client, I'll collect the payment for your extensions at our ordering appointment.

What's your cancellation policy?

Here's my official reschedule and cancellation policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 week before the beginning of your appointment.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 7 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Prepayments are non-refundable deposits that go towards your appointment total. If you decide to reschedule it will go towards your new scheduled appointment. If you decide to cancel. your appointment it will be non-refundable. Thank you for being respectful of this policy and understanding

Do you work with kids or teens?

Yes! I offer curly cuts for kids (ages 0–7) and am happy to work with teens. I can also give you styling tips and work with little hands to get used to their products, as long as they’re comfortable in the chair and ready to learn how to care for their curls.
